HYBE Uncovers Possible Evidence of Power Grab by ADOR Executives

It has been discovered that some ADOR executives, including CEO Min Hee-jin, who are in conflict with HYBE, conducted interviews with employees of affiliated companies related to the group under observation and monitored public opinion on the internet.

On the 24th, Sports Donga reported that HYBE plans to determine the clear facts through an ‘internal audit’ regarding suspicions that some executives at ADOR have been monitoring public opinion for gathering evidence.

Recently, CEO Min Hee-jin was reported to have said in an internal meeting at HYBE, “ILET copied NewJeans, Tours copied NewJeans, and Rise also copied NewJeans.”

According to a related official, the audit team within HYBE is investigating a tip-off that ADOR interviewed agency employees and monitored public opinion on the internet to strengthen the evidence that the three new groups, including ILET, Tours, and Rise, imitated NewJeans.’

Furthermore, HYBE is also known to be verifying the truth about CEO Min Hee-jin’s ‘private remarks.’ Previously, the situation in which CEO Min Hee-jin told the outside world, “Chairman Bang Si-hyuk copied me to create BTS.”, caused a stir.

CEO Min Hee-jin is denying suspicions that she attempted to take over Adore’s management rights. She is also claiming that she was subjected to unfair measures, such as an internal audit, when the issue was raised that the new idol ILET, under the label Belief Lab of HYBE, ‘imitated NewJeans’.

However, it is known that HYBE has secured at least three documents containing circumstantial evidence to suspect the takeover of management rights through the audit. HYBE has sent an audit questionnaire to the ADOR executives, including CEO Min Hee-jin, and has requested her resignation.
