Taeyeon is ‘thrilled’ to receive a baby toy from fans
Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon has confirmed a supercar (?) gifted by fans.
A recent video titled “Taiwan, It’s Really Humid Now! Taeyeon Concert in Taipei” was uploaded to Taeyeon’s official YouTube channel.
The released video contains behind-the-scenes footage of Taeyeon’s concert in Taiwan, capturing her from rehearsal to after the performance, vividly showing her journey.
In the video, Taeyeon finishes rehearsal and heads to the waiting room, expressing her longing for Girls’ Generation members, saying, “I used to always come with the members, but they’re not here. It was noisy and bustling, but here…”
Later, she reveals, “Everyone, I finally got a car,” introducing a supercar she received as a gift from fans. Showing off a toy supercar designed for children, Taeyeon proudly announces, “Impressed, right? I now have a car I can ride in Taiwan,” showcasing her excitement.
While driving the car herself, Taeyeon comments, “I like the color. It’s my favorite color,” and joyfully enjoys the experience, bringing smiles. She also expresses satisfaction with the details of the toy car’s opening doors, exclaiming, “It even has a horn!”
After a playful moment, as the concert begins, Taeyeon switches to a professional mode and graces the stage with her performance. The audience responds with cheers and sing-alongs.
After the concert, Taeyeon admits, “I felt uncomfortable because I think I didn’t sing the song well earlier. I’m sorry. I thought the setlist for this concert was quite challenging,” and promises, “Managing my condition was crucial for this performance. Although I showed a regretful side, I’ll deliver an even better performance next time.”
Meanwhile, in June, Taeyeon kicked off her tour at Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium. She successfully concluded 12 performances in 8 regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand, and culminating in Singapore.
