Hong Kong Disneyland is the first place to recreate the animation Frozen. In Hong Kong Disneyland’s Frozen theme land, World of Frozen, you can encounter the iconic scenes from Frozen.
Visitors can feel like they have become Anna, embarking on a fantastic journey to find her sister Elsa to lift the curse of the kingdom of Arendelle.
Looking at Hong Kong Disneyland, revealed on the official Disney blog, the pastel-colored buildings representing Arendelle castle and village catch the eye.
Also, iconic places such as North Mountain which has the highest peak in Arendelle. Ice Palace, where Elsa freely used her ice powers; Arendelle Castle, the royal family’s base. Finally, they also prepared Clock Tower, where Anna and Prince Hans danced.
In the movie, Nordic history and culture deeply root Arendelle. Accordingly, you can taste traditional Nordic dishes and snacks at various stores in the World of Frozen.
③ Attractions of World of Frozen
The World of Frozen operates two attractions based on the Frozen theme. The first ride is called Frozen Ever After.
In this attraction, you can enjoy the story of Frozen as it flows calmly. The vivid expression of the characters’ movements makes you feel like Frozen is being recreated right before you.
The second attraction is the Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleigh. This attraction is a roller coaster based on Sven’s sled, providing a sense of speed and thrill compared to the first attraction.
Meanwhile, Josh D’Amaro, Chairperson of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, expressed his enthusiasm for immersive experiences, stating that Disney’s Imagineers had worked closely with the Disney Animation team to execute every detail meticulously.
