A woman ran naked in the street after her boyfriend said, “Let’s break up.”
Recently, a video of a young woman running naked late at night has been making the rounds on Hong Kong’s SNS and online communities. The short one-minute video captured a moment on the night of February 19th when a couple was arguing in the middle of the street.
Near the intersection of Tuen Mun City, a man’s voice shouting, “Let’s break up!” could be heard during their argument.
Following this, the girlfriend, who appeared to be a young woman, turned in the opposite direction upon hearing her boyfriend’s breakup announcement, removed her shoes, pants, and shirt, and started running.
Subsequently, another two-minute video was uploaded.
In the following video, the man chased after his girlfriend, who had stripped her clothes and was running naked in the middle of the street, picking up the clothes she had discarded along the way.
The man brought his girlfriend back onto the sidewalk from the roadway and helped her put her clothes back on. After arguing, the woman seemed to calm down a bit after a while.
Once the video was made public, it sparked a heated debate online.
Comments included, “What is wrong with that woman to act in such a way”, “It’s illegal to expose yourself like that in the middle of the street”, and “What did I just see?”.
