Big Mama’s Lee Ji Young shared an update on BTS’ V, who is on active duty in the military.
“After finishing a performance at the Chuncheon Earth Festival on June 9, a handsome soldier greeted me. I looked and it turned out to be V from BTS,” Lee shared on social media.
She shared a short video of V politely greeting her. V introduced himself as “BTS’ V,” and added, “I am on patrol,” showing off his confident military demeanor. Lee repeatedly exclaimed, “So cool. He’s become even more handsome.” V responded with a shy smile and a polite handshake, again radiating his charm.
Lee continued, “I’ve always seen him shine bright on stage, but I didn’t expect him to be this gentlemanly off stage. He looks even more handsome in uniform. I hope he finishes his military service healthily and I look forward to seeing him shining bright again,” sending V a message of support.
V has been serving in the Special Task Force of the 2nd Army Corps of the Republic of Korea Army since his enlistment in December last year.
