[Exclusive] BTS Jin’s Secret Project Unveiled at His High School

TV Report Views

BTS Jin visited his alma mater to film for his personal YouTube channel.

Jin visited Boseong High School, his alma mater, on Monday to film content for his channel. Big Hit Music announced that more details would be released soon. It was also confirmed that his recent sightings in Jeju Island, which stirred significant online buzz, are related to the content he is producing for his channel.

Online rumors spread about Jin visiting his alma mater, raising curiosity about the purpose of the visit and whether or not it was for his YouTube channel.

Jin has been actively working since his military discharge on June 12.

After attending the 2024 FESTA on June 13, he plans to depart for France to participate as a torchbearer for the Paris Olympics. He is also scheduled to appear on MBC entertainment program It’s A Good Thing To Rest Well (literal translation).

While preparing for his comeback, Jin is also working hard on his next album. He hinted at a solo comeback through the fan community platform Weverse. On June 30, when a fan asked what he was up to, he responded, “I’m recording new music and filming variety shows, steadily carrying out the plans I made while I was on active duty. I’m trying to show my face as much as possible while staying true to my main job as an artist. I hope to show you all the results soon, so thanks for patiently waiting.”

While BTS is on a military hiatus, J-Hope, Suga, RM, V, Jimin, and Jungkook are expected to be discharged in that order following Jin. After all members complete their service, their full group activities will resume in 2025.
