A nurse shared three things to remember before eating fruit to reduce the risk of pesticide poisoning. First, washing fruits under running water is the simplest and safest method. For fruits with rough or thick skin, like oranges, gently rub them with a brush.
In addition to these washing methods, it is recommended that organically grown fruits with clear origins and test certification be chosen.
