Who are the stars that began low-carb diets?

Lee Joon Gi, who has not eaten carbohydrates for 7 years

tvN

Lee Joon Gi, who returned with Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon, revealed that he had been completely cutting off rice and flour and eating tofu as his staple food for acting, even at the age of 42, maintaining his appearance and performing complex action scenes like a person in his 20s.

He revealed in a live broadcast that he loves instant noodles but occasionally replaces them with konjac noodles when he wants to eat them. The reason he manages his diet so strictly is for action-scene filming.

When he was injured while filming Scholar Who Walks the Night, he stopped eating flour and carbohydrates because they caused inflammation. Although the first 1-2 years were tough, he said his body became lighter and better as time passed.

Jeon Hyun Moo lost 10kg in a month

MBC

Jeon Hyun Moo, the MC of the popular MBC variety show I Live Alone, recently revealed that he lost 10kg with a low-carb diet in a month. He completely cut off rice, bread, noodles, and other carbohydrates and is currently on a ketogenic diet.

He was happy to lose weight by reducing carbohydrates and eating fatty and sweet foods. On another TV show, he made people laugh with his unrestrained behavior, such as eating instant noodles 7 times during a trip with Lee Young Ja.

Yoon Eun Hye reveals her 10kg weight loss secret in 10 days

Yoon Eun Hye gained attention by telling on her YouTube channel that she lost 7kg even when eating three meals daily. Before eating rice, she grinds carrots and apples, takes probiotics, and eats cauliflower sushi and sweet potatoes instead of white rice.

Yoon Eun Hye personally shared her diet plan with the production team, and the production team also lost up to 7kg in just 10 days, surprising everyone. She also emphasized the importance of drinking lots of water and getting 7 hours of sleep daily.

Choi Hee Seo, who starred in the movie Our Body, underwent intense exercise and cut off carbohydrates for one and a half months to portray a six-pack perfectly. She drank 5 liters of water per day. She seems to be as honest as a person’s body.

If the desired scenes didn’t appear as much as she wanted, Choi Hee Seo said she would blame herself, thinking she should have eaten less or exercised more. She showed her perfectionism as an actress, saying she had to go to such lengths to avoid regrets.
