CEO Kim Heon Sung’s annual Motor Show is creating buzz. On June 9, a Korean show called The Boss Has Donkey Ears aired a segment featuring Kim hosting a $150 million motor show.

Kim stated, “To celebrate our sixth motor show, we have prepared 46 cars. The total cost is 15 billion won (approx. $11 million). It’s the largest scale to date.” An array of supercars worth an astonishing amount of money were on display that day, and the most expensive car, worth 1 billion won (approx.$725,000), grabbed the spotlight.

This car became a hot topic because it was a supercar owned by legendary K-pop idol G-Dragon. It’s one of only 800 produced worldwide. The $200,000 Porsche Taycan electric car that Blackpink’s Jennie drives was also introduced.

Composer and music producer Code Kunst’s Porsche Cayenne was also shared, and the cast responded, “We’ve seen this car quite a lot.”

Singer Park Jun Hyung shared, “I asked the vice president here, and he said that Mercedes large sedans, Porsche SUVs, and Volkswagen cars are the most sold in the world in Korea.” The reveal of the supercars owned by celebrities has captivated viewers and is generating a lot of buzz.
