Member Minju’s Personal Video Revealed

ILLIT member Minju hinted at the team’s direction with a unique perspective on word interpretation.

ILLIT (Yunah, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, Iroha) posted “SUPER REAL ME Film – MINJU” on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel at midnight (Korean time) on the 11th.

The video showcases the message contained in the first track, “My World,” of ILLIT’s debut album, a mini album titled “SUPER REAL ME,” and the charm of Minju.

In this video, Minju solves a crossword puzzle following the given hints. She continues by guessing words that start or end with the spelling “T, H, I, S, I, S, M, Y, W, O, R, L, D” or have those in the middle.

Minju also writes wrong answers in this puzzle. Knowing it’s the wrong answer, she fills in the blanks according to her feelings and thoughts. She completes the sentence puzzle “THIS IS MY WORLD” by writing words based on her imaginative perspective, not the answers set by the world.

Belief Lab, their agency, said, “Just as the words ‘word’ and ‘world’ have completely different meanings with just one letter difference, a difference in perspective can create change. You will be able to confirm the potential of ILLIT, which is independent and proactive, in their debut album.”

ILLIT will debut with the “SUPER REAL ME” mini album at 6 p.m. on the 25th.

Their debut album includes four songs: “My World,” “Magnetic,” “Midnight Fiction,” and “Lucky Girl Syndrome.” The title song is “Magnetic,” and HYBE’s Chairman Bang Si Hyuk’s participation in producing all the songs is raising expectations.
