Known for his role in the film “You Are the Apple of My Eye,” Taiwanese actor Kai Ko seems romantic.

On March 13, China Daily reported that Ko visited Tokyo with his girlfriend. The report suggested that the Hérmes bag in Ko’s social media photos was a gift for his girlfriend.

Ko shared photos posing with two Hérmes bags in Tokyo on IG Threads.

An anonymous tourist told the media, “I saw Kai Ko at the Hérmes store. He was with a woman.” He added, “Kai Ko was interested in the mini Kelly and Birkin bag. He promptly called his mother to ask about the limit on his card.” Ko made the purchase of 1 million Taiwanese dollars (approx. $35,000) with his mother’s approval.

The tourist said, “I was envious seeing Kai Ko buying a bag for his girlfriend,” and added, “After his purchase, Kai said, ‘I think my credit card is going to get blocked.'”

The woman who went on a trip to Japan with Ko turned out to be Jung Young Je, a famous influencer from a wealthy family background. Ko and Jung Young Je have been caught together several times, leading to rumors of a romantic relationship, but neither has yet to make a statement. Fans online are convinced of their relationship.

Ko recently went viral for posting a credit card receipt for 8.51 million Taiwanese dollars (approximately USD 300,000) on his thread on March 9.
