Popular beyond Korea, 24-year-old cheerleader Lee Da Hye is embroiled in a romance rumor in Taiwan.
On the 30th, ETtoday reported that cheerleader Lee Da Hye is dating her Korean manager, revealing photos of the two walking together at night.
In the released photos, Lee Da Hye appears casually, wearing a striped hoodie and gray sweatpants. The manager involved in the romance rumor is seen wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt and matching shorts, showcasing his impressive physique.
Lee Da Hye and the manager showed a considerable height difference, sparking vicarious thrills. The media speculated the manager’s height to be 2 meters, noting his resemblance to Taiwanese actor Huo Guanghan. Lee Da Hye is known to be 164 cm tall.
A team official also confirmed the dating rumor. The team official said, “Lee Da Hye is dating a Korean manager. The manager always follows Lee Da Hye like a shadow,” and added, “Officially, he is positioned as a manager, but their relationship is known to everyone in the club, including other cheerleaders.”
This is not the first time Lee Da Hye and the manager have been involved in dating rumors. Last October, the two were swept up in a dating rumor when the manager was spotted tying Lee Da Hye’s shoes and feeding her mangoes.
Meanwhile, Lee Da Hye started her career as a cheerleader for the KBO League professional baseball team, Kia Tigers, in 2019.
Following her popularity, Lee Da Hye expanded her activities to Taiwan last year. Last month, she transferred to the Wei Chuan Dragons, a Taiwanese professional baseball team, to continue her active presence in Taiwan.
