Forcefully dragging a woman while shouting
The video featuring Seungri during the “Burning Sun Gate” scandal has become a hot topic.
On May 19th, BBC released a documentary titled Burning Sun: Exposing the Secret K-pop Chat Groups.
The documentary, which became a hot topic online, features footage of Seungri, a key figure in the Burning Sun scandal, and highlights how the late singer Goo Hara helped expose a corrupt relationship with the police.
The BBC explained that being a member of a globally famous group gave Seungri immense power.
Seungri was seen grabbing a woman’s wrist and roughly pulling her in the video shared among his friends. Seungri raised his voice and exerted force on the woman who resisted, saying, “Be quiet! Be quiet! Follow me!”
In another video, Seungri can be seen at a drinking party saying, “Let’s be modest in everything. Even if I’m from Big Bang…”.
They also revealed that the late Goo Hara had directly contacted a reporter to help identify “the police chief” among the group.
Seungri, a key figure in the Burning Sun scandal in 2019, was released in February of last year, while Jung Joon Young, who served a prison sentence on charges of group sexual assault, was released in March.
Since his release, Seungri has continued to stir up various issues, such as enjoying parties overseas and being involved in multiple dating scandals.
