The director shared the main plot of Squid Game 2, in which the main character, Seong Gi Hun (played by Lee Jung Jae), who won the Squid Game, forgoes his trip to the U.S. to participate in the Squid Game once more.
“The Frontman welcoming Seong Gi Hun this time will likely be just as formidable. The intense competition they display will continue into next year’s Season 3, the highly anticipated finale,” Hwang noted.
