BTS’ V recently shared why he joined Jimin and Jungkook on their trip to Juju Island. Yesterday, the Disney+ original series Are You Sure?! featured scenes of V, Jimin, and Jungkook having a great time on the Island.

Jungkook and Jimin arrived in Jeju with V that day. Earlier, Jungkook had suggested, “How about we film the next episode of ‘Are You Sure?!’ in Jeju Island?” He joked, “Let’s have mackerel rice wraps. You like mackerel. I hope you get food poisoning again, like last time.”

In an interview, V explained, “I saw on the BTS schedule that I wasn’t included in the Jeju trip. I said, ‘Why am I being left out? I want to go too,’ so that’s how I ended up joining.” Jungkook added, “He was pretty persistent about it.” When V asked if he was just a guest for one episode, Jungkook laughed and replied, “You might end up being the first and last guest.”

Once they got into the small car, a Casper, V remarked, “This car is so tiny. It reminds me of my old car,” as they headed to a restaurant. Jimin, not feeling well, said, “I can’t eat. If I do, I’ll probably throw up.” When they reached the restaurant, Jimin noticed that Jungkook and V had gone ahead and complained, “Why did you leave me behind? We should have gone together.” Jungkook was surprised, saying he didn’t expect to be back at a place he had visited before.

V looked at the ocean and asked, “Is that a fish splashing around?” Jimin playfully responded, “No. It’s not. Stop saying that—It’s a friend who lives in the blue house.” Laughing, V said, “I shouldn’t have come. Out. This is something we’d do even without cameras.” Jungkook and Jimin then joked, “Then let’s go back.”

Later, they were served grilled cutlassfish and kimchi stew. Jimin asked V, “Do you know how to debone cutlassfish? Should I do it for you?” Jungkook revealed, “Taehyung asked you to do it because he’s too lazy to do it himself.” V laughed, looking slightly embarrassed. Jimin tried to debone the fish but struggled. He also asked, “Do you know Aewol?” trying to start a conversation, but Jungkook and V were too focused on eating, which added to the humor.

When Jimin started wrapping lettuce for V, saying, “I need to make some wraps for my friend,” V quickly ran away. Undeterred, Jimin chased him, even losing his shoes, insisting, “Come eat the wrap!” V, amused by the situation, said, “I think we just filmed a teaser. Jimin is relentless; he doesn’t give up.”

After their meal, Jimin and V drove off while Jungkook followed on his bike, continuing from the U.S. to Jeju Island. They sang along to J-Hope’s “Arson” as it played. When V mumbled the lyrics, Jimin was incredulous, saying, “Is this why you wanted to play this song? You don’t even know the lyrics?” V apologized, saying, “Sorry. I’m not good with lyrics, only with the choreography.”
