Actor Park Bo Gum sustained a leg injury while filming on set and is currently receiving hospital treatment.

TV Report was informed by Park Bo Gum’s agency, The Black Label, that Park Bo Gum suffered a minor injury during action scenes for the JTBC drama series Good Boy and is currently undergoing treatment.

Park Bo Gum reportedly injured his leg while filming in Busan and was moved to a hospital in Seoul for treatment. Production for Good Boy has been temporarily halted, and the agency stated, “We plan to resume filming after monitoring his recovery.”

Good Boy is a comedy-action youth investigation series featuring Park Bo Gum, Kim So Hyun, Oh Jung Se, and Lee Sang Yi. The drama series tells the story of medalists who become police officers fighting against a world filled with corruption and dishonesty.

After a four-year break from television following his role in tvN’s Record of Youth in 2020, Park Bo Gum is returning with his latest role in Good Boy. In the series, he plays Dong Joo, a character who, despite clinching a gold medal in boxing thanks to his natural toughness and strength, finds his life taking an unexpected turn. After a single incident, Dong Joo steps down from the podium of glory to start a new chapter as a police officer.
