Singer Rain has unveiled his new headquarters in Apgujeong, Seoul, for the first time. His YouTube channel, Season B Season, released a video titled “Rain (Jung Ji Hoon) Reveals His New Apgujeong Headquarters.”

In the video, Rain expressed his excitement: “I’m showing this to you for the first time. Finally, Rain Company has its own office.” He explained that the entire building serves as the headquarters, featuring a recording studio, a fashion studio, and a daily music studio, beginning with a tour of the entertainment office on the second floor. “The second floor is the entertainment office, which has about two rooms. I plan to create a relaxation space for the staff,” he added.

Rain also showcased a bright space with large glass windows he intends to use as his office. He remarked, “This will likely be my room. I’m still contemplating what to do with it. Should I set up workout equipment for CrossFit? But everything needs to be approved by the management team.”

Rain highlighted the daily music studio and executive offices on the third floor. He shared, “We used to have an office. At one point, we downsized and outsourced our practice rooms. But my time is valuable. I believe it’s better to invest money to save my time.” When asked about the team’s reaction, he revealed, “Only my manager and the CEO know. I haven’t told the others yet,” hinting at a surprise reveal.

On the fourth floor, Rain introduced the Season B Season studio, which also doubles as a personal rehearsal space. He pointed out a terrace, saying, “I love getting some fresh air, and now I have a terrace.” The producer joked, “I have a feeling you’ll be spending a lot of time here.” Additionally, there is space designated for a mini pop-up store. Rain expressed his excitement, stating, “We won’t be cooking; we’ll be ordering what they want for advertising. Sometimes, this room could turn into the chicken room or the wine room.”

Finally, Rain joyfully introduced the fifth floor, which was designed as a music studio. He said, “I plan to make this a party room. I considered adding a gym, but I don’t think that’s necessary; I can just go to a gym.” Rain emphasized, “We may not be a large corporation, but we’re doing our best to make everything happen under one roof. That’s why we’re investing a lot of money.” He added with a grin, “Whether Rain Company thrives or flops, or whether I go crazy, it’s one of those two outcomes,” revealing his ambitious plans for the future.
