Claims have surfaced that a celebrity lent 500 million won (approximately $367,000) to comedian Lee Jin Ho, who recently admitted to illegal gambling. A video titled “Shocking Exclusive! Comedian Lee Jin Ho’s Chilling Update After Admission! Why His Friends Were Shocked” was posted yesterday on the YouTube channel Behind_Master.

In the video, former entertainment reporter and YouTuber Lee Jin Ho disclosed, “Four celebrities have confirmed that they lent money to Lee Jin Ho,” mentioning BTS’s Jimin, Young Tak, Lee Soo Geun, and an unnamed individual. The video indicated that while Lee Jin Ho was not particularly close with this person, he could not ignore Lee Jin Ho’s urgent plea for assistance and ultimately decided to lend him a substantial sum.

The lender reportedly advised Lee Jin Ho at the time, stating, “I hope you won’t borrow money unnecessarily and that you will use this money to pay off your debts and work hard to repay it through your broadcasting activities.” However, it appears that Lee Jin Ho has yet to repay even the principal amount, let alone any interest.

The YouTuber highlighted, “In particular, Lee Soo Geun not only lent Lee Jin Ho 50 million won but also went as far as covering his rent.” He added, “However when he learned that Lee Jin Ho was struggling with gambling debts, he was utterly shocked.”

It was also mentioned that some members of the Knowing Bros cast learned about Lee Jin Ho’s illegal gambling through news reports. The video emphasized that Lee Soo Geun likely helped him out due to their close bond as senior and junior comedians. The YouTuber concluded, “At the very least, Lee Jin Ho owes Lee Soo Geun a heartfelt apology.”
