Kim Jaejoong, the iconic K-pop star, graces the cover of AtStar1‘s December issue. Celebrating his 21st year in the entertainment industry, Jaejoong continues to impress with his timeless, ageless visuals that continue to captivate fans worldwide. The photoshoot showcases his remarkable versatility as he seamlessly shifts between chic and sultry looks, proving why he’s a true all-around entertainer.

Jaejoong recently teamed up with fellow K-pop star Kim Junsu for their concert series, JX 2024 CONCERT IDENTITY in SEOUL. They delivered a powerful and emotional performance for their dedicated fanbase. Reflecting on the experience, Jaejoong opened up, saying, “The tension was high from the first show to the last. As the final performance came to a close, a flood of emotions hit me, and I couldn’t hold back the tears.”

According to Jaejoong, one of the most unforgettable moments during the concert was when the intro of “Rising Sun” began to play, sparking an explosive reaction from the crowd. Hearing the fans’ cheers and seeing them express their joy in their own ways—laughing, crying—it all overwhelmed me,” he said. That moment truly captured the essence of the past two decades.”

This year, Kim Jaejoong has been busier than ever, continuing his music career and stepping into the producer role for the rookie girl group Say My Name. “I personally reviewed all the materials and videos from the time the members were trainees, and I was deeply involved in shaping their concept,” Jaejoong shared. Despite his passion for the project, he admitted that the producer role came with challenges. “I did have some doubts,” he confessed with a laugh. “There were moments when I thought, Am I going to burn out trying to help both the company and the members grow?” Still, his dedication shines through. “I’ve touched every part of this project,” he said, emphasizing his hands-on approach and sense of responsibility. His role goes far beyond producing music—he’s genuinely invested in preparing the members for long-term success.

Offering sage advice to the younger idols, Jaejoong said, “Don’t buy into the myth that an idol’s career is short-lived. Always be planning your next step.” He expressed his desire to support Say My Name for at least the next decade, believing they can follow in the footsteps of legendary artists like Na Hoon A and Lee Mi Ja, who have enjoyed sustained success over many years.

Jaejoong’s multifaceted career—spanning singing, acting, producing, and even business management—reflects the kind of long-term vision he advocates for. Fans can dive deeper into his remarkable journey and check out his latest photoshoot in AtStar1‘s December issue.

In related news, Kim Junsu, Jaejoong’s partner in their unit JX, recently made headlines after falling victim to an extortion scheme involving a female livestreamer, who reportedly blackmailed him for around 800 million KRW (approximately $570,580). The incident has garnered significant attention in the media.
