“Too Much Saturated Fat Risks Fatty Liver”
Ribeye steak has earned the title of the unhealthiest steak cut, according to U.S. media outlet “Eat This, Not That.”
On the 19th, “Eat This, Not That” reported, “We will reveal the ranking of the unhealthiest and healthiest steak cuts.”

The media ranked chuck-eye steak as the second unhealthiest steak cut. It contains 17g of fat (7g of saturated fat) and 21g of protein per 3.5 ounces (100g). T-bone steak came in third place in terms of healthiness.
