Kim Ju-ae, the daughter of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, appeared at an event where her father and scientists who contributed to successfully launching a military reconnaissance satellite took a commemorative photo. This marks her first public appearance in about 70 days since attending the parade commemorating the founding of the North Korean regime on September 9.
The Korean Central News Agency reported on the 24th that Kim visited the National Aerospace Technology Administration. He took a commemorative photo with the scientists and technicians who contributed to the successful launch of the military reconnaissance satellite. Kim Ju-ae was also present at this event.
Kim Ju-ae, dressed in a black coat, held her father Kim’s hand. She stood in the very center of the front row.
The news agency reported that Deputy Director Kim Jong-sik of the party’s central committee and Director Ryu Sang-hun of the National Aerospace Technology Administration greeted Kim Jong Un upon his arrival. Additionally, Kim arrived accompanied by his beloved child, Kim Ju-ae, and the participants met this arrival with enthusiastic cheers.
Kim Ju-ae also appeared in the banquet photos, sitting at the head table with her father. She was dressed in a short-sleeved t-shirt matching the group. The t-shirt had the logo “DPRK NATA National Aerospace Technology” printed on it. The English acronym for North Korea is DPRK, and NATA is for the National Aerospace Technology Administration.
In the photo, Kim Ju-ae looks at the same document as Kim while receiving a report during the banquet.
