North Korea launched multiple cruise missiles into the West Sea on the 24th.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the same day, “Our military detected several cruise missiles fired by North Korea into the West Sea around 7 a.m. today.”
The Joint Chiefs of Staff stated, “South Korean and U.S. intelligence agencies are currently conducting a detailed analysis of the specifications.”
The Joint Chiefs added, “Our military forces are heightening surveillance and alertness, closely coordinating with the U.S., and monitoring any additional signs and activities by North Korea.”
This is the first missile launch by North Korea in ten days since the last launch on the 14th.
