10 Guilt-Free Starbucks Drinks That Won’t Ruin Your Diet

daily Views

Many people turn to tea or coffee while dieting, as these beverages can provide a sense of fullness with low-calorie intake. Indeed, many types of tea are often recommended as beneficial beverages for those on a diet. However, not all tea and coffee drinks have low enough calories to aid in weight loss. Some beverages can even contain more calories than most foods. Here, we recommend some drinks available at Starbucks, a popular coffee franchise, that can be recommended for those on a diet.

Passion Tango Tea Lemonade Fizzio

The Fizzio drinks available at Starbucks are carbonated beverages made on the spot with a machine exclusive to Starbucks. The Passion Tango Tea Lemonade Fizzio is a sparkling drink blending Passion Tango Tea and lemonade. This beverage has a stronger sour taste than sweet. When ordering this drink, you can adjust the intensity of the fizziness to light, medium, or extra. No caffeine is added; the lemonade contains 17g of sugar, 0.2mg of sodium, and 65 calories.
