Jackie Koorn, Dutch Fitness Model “She-Hulk”
Gained Weight During the Pandemic
Decided To Bulk and Build Muscle Than Slim Down
Earning the nickname “She-Hulk,” a 34-year-old Dutch woman is drawing attention for her impressive musculature.
On March 25, Oddity Central reported that fitness enthusiast Jackie Koorn’s biceps were even larger than Hulk Hogan’s during his prime.
Despite Koorn’s passionate dedication to fitness, the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 caused her to gain significant weight as she took a break from working out in indoor facilities.
Koorn embraced her increased weight and dedicated herself to bulking up despite facing online criticism for being “fat” and “too masculine.”
In response to the criticism, Koorn stated, “I don’t focus on negative mindsets. I plan to do things my way.”
Koorn claims that not needing to lose weight has improved her skin, and she feels stronger than ever.
During her bulking phase, she made a concerted effort to consume many calories and worked hard to build muscle by lifting weights.
Koorn begins her training with 100 push-ups and 250 sit-ups, followed by a maximum deadlift of 330 pounds, a maximum bench press of 440 pounds, and squats with an added weight of 220 pounds. She typically engages in two hours of strength training.
Thanks to her dedication, the criticism about her body has become praise. Some men have expressed their desire to marry her, praising her perfect physique, and she has gained significant popularity.
