Store Owner Fumes After Customer Poops on Bathroom Floor

inews24 Views

A business operating a store in Seomyeon Busan has set out to find a customer who committed a ‘fecal terror’ in the restroom.

On the 31st of last month a post titled ‘I was a victim of a fecal terror in Seomyeon. Looking for the poop woman’ was posted on the online community ‘It Hurts Because I’m a Boss’.

The author referred to as Mr. A, revealed himself to be an employee working in a store on Seomyeon 2nd Street and shared his baffling experience.

Mr. A said “I’ve never experienced such an absurd incident in my life. Our store’s restroom is open for anyone to use comfortably, not just for customers who come to buy products.”

He added, “Yesterday, a family of father, mother, and son came in. While they were looking around the store, the woman went to the restroom and didn’t come out for a long time. The two men sat and waited.”

He continued, “After I heard a loud sound of water, the woman came out. When I went into the restroom, it was a mess. Urine and water were scattered all over the floor, and paper bags and toilet paper were strewn about,” and shared photos of the scene.

Mr. A said, “People can make mistakes when they are in a hurry. But either use the toilet or clean up after yourself if you make a mess on the wall. There were no signs of attempt in cleaning up, and the shape of the feces was well preserved.”

He said, “I saw the mess and asked the customer, ‘Did you use the restroom?’ The customer calmly denied using the restroom and claimed that she only tied her hair, straightened her clothes, and left.”

He continued, “If it was a mistake, I understand it’s embarrassing. But if you have any sense, you wouldn’t do that. It’s infuriating. The amount was enormous even though it’s pixelated in the picture. A considerable amount even spilled over to the male toilet stall.”

Mr. A said, “I was so angry. I couldn’t dare to get myself to clean it up, so I quickly contacted my boss to clean it up. It was left to dry for 4 hours, the smell was unbearable and my boss had a tough time cleaning up the dried feces.”

He added, “I reported it to the police. The male toilet stall is right next to the women’s stall causing a downside to the store’s business in terms of customer service. The smell was unbearable.”

Mr. A then posted CCTV footage asking the woman to visit the store by the end of this week.

Mr. A warned, “If she doesn’t come by the end of this week, I will release the full video and unblurred photos. Judging by the CCTV footage, it doesn’t look like a mistake made in a hurry. I can only think that it was done on purpose. I want to know why she did it. I’m so angry I can’t just sit still. Aren’t you embarrassed?” expressing his anger.
