15 older teens in Thailand sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl and on March 14, a grandmother named Napacha pleaded with the police for help.
The girl was called out to a shelter in a field after an argument with a senior. The senior then gathered more than 15 teenagers from a nearby village, and after the girl was raped, she was left on the roadside.

Her friends quickly informed her relatives of her situation and transported her to the hospital after she was found.
The victim suffered from several bruises and severe injuries such as genital tearing, and is currently receiving treatment.
The perpetrators showed no remorse, sharing mocking messages on social media like “Do you want to do it again?” and “I wasn’t satisfied with the first round.”
One of the perpetrators had proposed to the victim after news of the incident went public. The message asked the victim, “Can we get married? How long will it take? Talk to your mom. It won’t be a big deal.”
The shocking news of the 13-year-old victim led another 14-year-old girl to confess her experience with the same group.
Fearing for her safety and not wanting to upset her mother, the 14-year-old victim didn’t ask anyone for help. She mustered up the courage to report her situation after she heard that Kan Jom Phalang, an influential person known to help young girls and the poor fight inequality, was coming to Sukhothai to investigate the case involving the 13-year-old girl.
