A shocking story was reported of a woman who miscarried after unknowingly ingesting a drug secretly administered by her doctor boyfriend.

According to Sanook, the woman discovered through security camera footage that her boyfriend had secretly added a drug to her drink.

Originally from Hebei, China, the woman had been dating her doctor boyfriend for over a year when she unintentionally became pregnant.

According to Chinese Business Daily, the woman met her doctor boyfriend through a dating website.

They quickly fell in love, and when the woman unexpectedly found out she was pregnant, she told her boyfriend. He responded that he did not want to marry or have a child and told her to take a pill.

On the woman’s home security camera, the footage of her boyfriend carefully reading the label on two pills he pulled from his pocket before placing them into a glass was recorded.

Unaware of what had transpired, she was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with a miscarriage after drinking the drugged beverage her boyfriend secretly handed her.

The woman filed a complaint with the Beijing Municipal Health Commission following her incident but was told that the police should investigate the issue of drug administration.

Viewers who heard about this incident online reacted with comments such as, “Doctors can be dangerous. Even if he’s a doctor, it’s still illegal. Marrying this man would ruin her entire life,” among other varied responses.
