A teacher was shocked to see a 7-year-old student’s drawing of her and her best friend and decided to meet with her parents.

Online media Sanook shared a story of a 7-year-old student who excelled in studies and consistently received good grades.

When asked to draw a picture of their best friend during class, the teacher was shocked to see the student draw a friend entirely in black, standing next to her self-portrait.

“Understandably, a child’s drawing may not be perfect, but no matter how I look at it, the figure drawn by this student does not resemble a person at all,” the teacher remarked, immediately calling the parents for a consultation.

The parents suggested it might be an alien, explaining that the student watches cartoons at home.

However, the truth emerged when the student could not socialize with her classmates.

Choosing to study instead of making friends, she performed well academically but did not connect with her peers, leading her to create a fictional character in her drawing.

“I didn’t realize the students couldn’t socialize with their peers. I’m heartbroken,” the teacher said.
