North Korean Forestry Sector Claims Success in January Wood Production
North Korea's forestry sector has achieved its January log production plan ahead of schedule, Labor Daily reported on January 1. "Several forestry and log production plants, including the Hwapyeong Forestry Plant and the Kanggye Log Production Plant under the Jagang Forestry Administration, are recording high performance every day while ensuring normal operation of facilities," the newspaper said.
