Samsung Electronics is set to release the ‘Galaxy A25 5G’ in South Korea on the 5th.
The ‘Galaxy A25 5G’ boasts a large 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. It provides a bright screen even in strong sunlight with up to 1,000 nits of brightness and supports an Eye Comfort Shield feature that reduces blue light, minimizing eye fatigue. This results in a high level of immersion when enjoying content or playing games with clear image quality.
The rear camera features a total of three lenses, including a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The front camera has a resolution of 13 megapixels.
Notably, the rear camera is equipped with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and VDIS (Video Digital Image Stabilization) features, enabling stable photo and video shooting even in situations with a lot of movement or shaking.
The ‘Galaxy A25 5G’ supports up to 25W of wired charging and adopts a large 5,000mAh battery. It comes with 128GB of storage, and you can add up to a 1TB micro SD card.
This device securely protects users’ personal information such as passwords, biometrics, and authentication keys in a separate physical space through Samsung’s proprietary chipset security platform, ‘Samsung Knox Vault’. Additionally, it supports security updates for up to five years after release.
The ‘Galaxy A25 5G’ also supports Samsung Pay. It supports both on and offline easy payments based on NFC (Near Field Communication) and MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technologies. Not only that, it features a digital home key, mobile driver’s license, movie tickets, membership cards, and more, allowing users to experience a more convenient digital wallet life.
The ‘Galaxy A25 5G’, with its clean design complete with unique patterns and haze finish, will be released in three colors: Yellow, Light Blue, and Blue Black. It supports both LTE and 5G networks and will be released through all three domestic mobile carriers and as an unlocked model. The price is 449,900 KRW (approximately $375 USD).
