Only 100 Units: Rezvani’s Exclusive Armored SUV Hits the Market

Rezvani Motors

Rezvani Motors, a California-based custom vehicle manufacturer, unveiled the armored SUV Arsenal. The Arsenal is a purpose-built SUV based on the Cadillac Escalade. The existing luxurious look of the Escalade disappeared and was reborn as a powerful SUV.

Arsenal’s military edition package has a bulletproof feature that can stop AK47 bullets. Furthermore, Cadillac’s advanced convenience features are also included, creating a unique harmony. The Arsenal is a limited edition with only 100 units being produced. The price tag is set at a whopping $225,000.

Built Like A Monster

It isn’t easy to find any remaining design elements of the existing Escalade at the front, except for the thin headlamps. The daytime running lights at the bottom of the sides, which extend vertically and horizontally, were hidden by the thick bumper. However, the shape of the bumper was changed so that part of the daytime running lights were still visible. The front shape of the newly created Arsenal stands out with a thick volume reminiscent of muscle.

The fully inflated side of the bonnet has a single line rising to the top and falls toward the front. Angled design elements were applied to the front to create a solid impression. There is a tow hook between the bumpers that protrude toward the front. The thick bumper connects to the side cladding and side skirt, making connectivity to the design.

Equipped With 35-inch Tires And A Luxurious Interior

As it is a vehicle based on the Escalade, the overall shape seen from the side is similar. However, combining 22-inch wheels with thick 35-inch tires enhanced off-road driving, making it even more robust. Although the exterior features Arsenal’s unique design, the interior maintains the luxurious elements of the Escalade.

Heated first and second-row seats, heated steering wheel, and three-zone air conditioning are applied. The driver’s seat is equipped with an OLED display, combining a 14.2-inch digital cluster, a 16.9-inch infotainment display, and a 7.2-inch display that provides driving information. It also provides specifications such as an AKG 19 speaker system, a wireless smartphone charging pad, and a panoramic sunroof.

Equipped With A Standard V8 Engine That Produces A Maximum Output of 426 HP

There were no major changes and only minor changes such as installing Rezvani’s logo on the steering wheel and adding some custom decorations to the interior were made. The optional military package provides excellent bulletproof functionality. It provides a protection level of B6, which is enough to withstand the explosion intensity of 33 lbs of TNT.

As for the powertrain, it is the same as the Cadillac Escalade. It is equipped with a 6.2-liter V8 engine, which produces a maximum output of 426 horsepower and 63.6 kgf.m. As an option, drivers can choose a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder diesel turbo inline engine. The more powerful 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine produces a maximum output of 700 horsepower.
