The sneakers Donald Trump released sold out within two hours after their launch.

According to a report by Axios on the 18th (local time), the former President introduced the sneakers at a sneaker exhibition held in Philadelphia. They are gold sneakers adorned with a crest. As soon as they appeared on the gettrumpsneakers.com website under “The Never Surrender High-Tops” for $399, they sold out within a few hours.

The sneakers, introduced as a “Super Limited edition,” were released in only 1,000 pairs. Among them, it is reported that 10 pairs contain a handwritten signature of former President Trump. The seller announced that the quantity was sold out in two hours.

This comes amid a fine of $364 million imposed by the Manhattan District Court in New York on the 16th in a fraud loan trial against the Trump side. Earlier, the former President said when introducing these sneakers, “This is what I’ve been saying for 12, 13 years. I think this will be a great success.”

Gettrumpsneakers.com also sells sneakers named “T-Red Wave”(Trump-Republican Wave) and “POTUS 45″(45th U.S. President), referring to former President Trump, and perfume decorated with the face and name of former President Trump.

However, these products use the name and image of “Trump” under a license agreement, and Trump’s camp does not officially sell them.
