Thai celebrity Tongta Chamroenjai’s heartbreaking story of breaking up with her boyfriend of eight years has stirred up sympathy.

Tongta, a teacher and a former contestant of the 2016 Miss Tiffany Universe, posted on Facebook that she had broken up with her long-term boyfriend.

She shared that her boyfriend wrote her a message that said, “I want to have a wife and a child.”

Tongta shared her disappointment over ending her 8-year relationship. “Give me any other reason, like falling out of love with me. He shouldn’t have said he wanted a child.”

Tongta is a transgender woman, unable to bear a child. She wrote, “You knew I was transgender from the moment we met.”

The Miss Tiffany Universe pageant is a beauty pageant for transgender individuals.

She continued, “There might be only one man like him on earth, but there is only one person like us.” She added, “We need to acknowledge our worth. We have evolved, studied hard, undergone plastic surgery to secure stable jobs, became beautiful, saved money, and done all sorts of things to live a comfortable life.”

Tongta, who had caused a sensation by appearing in a military uniform at the past Miss Tiffany competition, currently works as a teacher and influencer.
