Harshly Criticizes Marvel Movies
Shares Recent Developments with her Same-sex Partner
There’s been a lot of interest lately surrounding actress Kristen Stewart.
In a recent podcast appearance, Stewart expressed a lack of interest in starring in Marvel movies, stating, “It sounds like a nightmare.”
Stewart explained, “I like blockbuster tentpole movies too. I like it when many people watch my movies.”
Stewart has appeared in blockbuster movies that received a lot of love, such as Twilight and Snow White and the Huntsman.
Expanding on her disinterest in Marvel films, Kristen Stewart commented on the filmmaking process. “For me to be involved in a Marvel movie, the approach would need to shift,” she said. “Right now, it seems there’s a formula they follow. There’s less room for the personal touch of writers and directors.”
At the same time, she revealed an open-minded attitude towards her work, saying, “But I might do it if director Greta Gerwig ever asks me to.”
Currently, Kristen Stewart is building her acting filmography by challenging various genres of work.
Kristen Stewart, who came out as bisexual in 2017, has been in a long-term relationship with her fiancée Dylan Meyer.
Recently, she caught the public’s eye by revealing her pregnancy plans, saying, “We’ve done annoying things like freezing eggs. So we can do it (get pregnant) if we want. I just want to keep the choice open.”
